Overview
The OneWay Land Management System is available in the Microsoft Azure Marketplace under a Bring Your Own License (BYOL) model. This means Microsoft does not charge any software license fees. Instead, customers obtain a valid license directly from OneWay Technologies (Pty) Ltd.
How to Purchase a License
To acquire a license for the OneWay Land Management System:
- Contact our sales team at sales@1way.co.za.
- Request a quotation and receive a unique reference number.
- Complete payment via EFT using your reference number as the payment reference.
- Once payment is confirmed, your license key and activation instructions will be sent to your registered email address.
License Terms
Licenses are issued per customer organization and are valid for the term stated in your quotation or invoice. Redistribution, resale, or transfer of the license without written consent from OneWay Technologies is strictly prohibited, except in the case of Enterprise License purchases which include full transfer rights.
Pricing
Enterprise License — R90 000 000 (Once-Off)
Lifetime access including full system source code, database, and data ownership rights.
All source code, data, and database components are fully transferable to the purchaser.
The Enterprise License provides unlimited use within your organization, allowing full customization, on-premise deployment, or re-hosting on your preferred infrastructure. Maintenance and support are optional add-ons.
For smaller-scale or subscription-based deployments, custom pricing can be arranged depending on user volume, modules required, and deployment complexity.

Refunds and Cancellations
In accordance with South African consumer protection guidelines, license refunds are only considered for defective software or failed activation within 14 days of purchase. Once a valid license key and/or source code is delivered, the sale is final.

Licensed customers receive access to dedicated technical support via support@1way.co.za. Our standard response time is within 24 business hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 SAST).
Data Privacy
OneWay Technologies complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa. Customer data collected during licensing or activation is used solely for registration, billing, and support purposes. No customer data is shared or sold to third parties.
